About these terms
These terms govern your use of flare-seo.com and any services provided by Flare SEO. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Flare SEO provides website design and development, website hosting, and local search management services. The specific scope, pricing, and deliverables for any engagement will be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of work.
Website hosting
Websites hosted by Flare SEO remain on Flare SEO infrastructure for the duration of the hosting agreement. If a hosting or service agreement is cancelled, the website will be taken offline. Clients on website-only packages may request their source files within 30 days of cancellation.
Payment
Payment terms will be specified in each client agreement. Flare SEO reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.
Cancellation
Month-to-month services may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Intellectual property
Website designs and content created by Flare SEO remain the property of Flare SEO until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the delivered work for their business purposes.
Limitation of liability
Flare SEO provides services on a best-effort basis. We make no guarantees regarding specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flare SEO's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Volusia County, Florida.
